Orroli is full of paths that are ideal for trekking and excursions to discover breathtaking views, and the natural and environmental heritage of the lakes of the middle Flumendosa and Mulargia. In the Borgo Autentico of Orroli, it is possible to visit a magical place, suggestive and mysterious, which overlooks the town. It is the Archaeological Park of the Janas (su Motti), an archaeological, natural-botanical, and environmental area. In this area, which is rich in secular oaks, we can find the stones and the millenary basalt boulders that are created from the overhanging volcanic flow of Mount Pitziogu.

ARCHAEOLOGY
The very first signs of history can be found in the necropolis of Domus de Janas of the municipal park Su Motti, where the hypogeum tombs in beautiful basalt areas are set in the characteristic oak wood. Ideal places for excursions include the archaeological area of the Nuraghe Arrubiu, the Red Giant, and the area of su Putzu, consisting of a sacred well and a hundred Nuragic huts.
